A couple of hundred metres from Balgownie Estate and straight down the gravel road is Acacia Ridge Winery - a small, very laid back boutique winery. The perfect place to recover from the night's festivities, relax in the sun, have a BBQ lunch and if you're so inclined a bit more wine!
Everything's provided, just bring a blanket if you want to fall asleep under one of the umbrellas after lunch!

Acacia Ridge was planted in 1997 and the original plan was to sell fruit to the larger wineries. This is still going on, but because the fruit is of such a high standard, they also decided to begin making their own wine. They have a restored 1850's Miner's hut which makes for a unique Cellar Door outlet.
